Customer Satisfaction is our #1 priority.  It is important to us to meet our customer's expectations.  We know that our customer’s need the following:

Our customers need friendly empathy from shop personnel.

Our customers want information about the repair process.

Our customers want the vehicle back in a timely fashion - when promised.

Our customers need to feel they can trust us.

At Bay Auto Care a good percentage of our customers have come to us from hearing about us through word of mouth. 

We know the facts of Auto Repair Shops.  Many Customers are leery of trusting them.  Too many Auto Repair Shops will tell Customers they need repairs done and they aren’t needed.  Customers end up paying extra cost. 

At Bay Auto Care we look at your vehicle and tell you the repairs you need.  Building Trust with our Customers is important to us.  It’s what keeps our Customers wanting to come back.
